
Aubrey Brands
Aubrey is originally from Louisville, KY, but moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama and graduated with honors. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee to attend Belmont University College of Law. While at Belmont, Aubrey successfully made the Dean’s List for two consecutive years, received the Best Performance Award in Evidence, and competed in multiple mock trial competitions. She has a demonstrated ability to lead as evidenced by her roles as Vice President of both the Board of Advocates and the Belmont Women’s Legal Society.
During her law school career, Aubrey clerked for Judge Robinson in Davidson County General Sessions Court and worked as a summer intern for Digby Family Law. Additionally, she interned with the Davidson County District Attorney’s Office as part of the General Sessions team and in the Sex Trafficking Unit. Aubrey has a passion for advocacy and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to use her legal expertise to serve the people of Nashville.
